Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley and basil)
- 40 g Feta
- 75 g Avocado
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Roughly chop herbs, then add all ingredients to a bowl and mash with a fork until combined but chunky
- Serve on a Low Carb Co cracker and top with crispy bacon or sliced cherry tomatoes
