Feta and Avocado Smash


  • 3/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley and basil)
  • 40 g Feta
  • 75 g Avocado
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Roughly chop herbs, then add all ingredients to a bowl and mash with a fork until combined but chunky
  2. Serve on a Low Carb Co cracker and top with crispy bacon or sliced cherry tomatoes
