Avocado Yoghurt Dip 


  • 1 whole ripe Avocado (approx. 120g)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs fresh lime juice or lemon juice
  • 100 g Greek natural yoghurt or sour cream
  • 1 pinch freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder


  1. Cut avocado, discard skin and seed
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, or mash with a fork until smooth
  3. Serve with our beautiful seed crackers
