Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe Avocado (approx. 120g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs fresh lime juice or lemon juice
- 100 g Greek natural yoghurt or sour cream
- 1 pinch freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut avocado, discard skin and seed
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, or mash with a fork until smooth
- Serve with our beautiful seed crackers
